Pamela.
Hi, I’m Pamela and I’m the Senior Marketing Account Manager at Factory360 Marketing. As a young girl, watching TV only meant one thing; analyzing the commercials. I always knew I wanted to help businesses create innovative content to captivate their audiences, evoke emotions, and achieve their business goals. After finishing high school in Curacao, I moved to The Netherlands. There, I studied Communication Studies at the University of Twente. After receiving my Bachelor’s Degree, I pursued my Master’s Degree in Business Studies at the University of Amsterdam, specializing in International Marketing and Branding and Strategic Management. After finishing my studies and working there for a few years, I lived and worked in The Bahamas for eight years. I love working in Marketing because I get to work together with our clients to help their vision come to life. Even more than that, creating impactful and effective strategies that help companies reach their marketing and business goals, is my ultimate objective. When I’m not working or hanging out with my family, I make wooden farmhouse signs and also manage an online platform where I encourage Christian women in their walk with Christ.
Fun Fact: I love to cook, but don’t like to follow recipes. I also have a large tea collection and have to have a cup every night before bed!
Mirelly.
HI! I am Mirelly, senior marketing executive at Factory360 Marketing. After finishing my Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in hospitality & tourism management, I got the opportunity to explore the marketing world from a beauty perspective and fell in love with this branch.
It's so fulfilling to bring new ideas to the table and implement marketing strategies with the goals of each client in mind. In addition to my primary job, I enjoy doing makeup and gel nails, and I also organize educational events such as the Mom2Be Shower Experience. Life is about having fun, being creative, enjoying the moment, and in the marketing world, that is practically all you do!
Fun fact: Even though I am a girl, I don’t like pink. And my life may be hectic, but I always have time for a new nail color.
Celia.
Hi! I am Celia Klein, and I was born on the island. I am currently community manager at Factory 360 Marketing. I finished my secondary hotel school diploma in Curaçao, and I am currently studying commercial economics at the University of the Dutch Caribbean. I am very blessed that Factory360 gave me the opportunity to start working in the marketing industry which I am also currently studying for. Marketing is, for the most part, about creativity, so I love that I can use my creative side in my daily work. Besides that, I absolutely love traveling and exploring new places. I am passionate about food and nature, and my favorite animals are dogs and horses.
Fun fact: I learned to ride horses when I was 8, and I also participated in a beauty pageant in El Salvador in 2018!
Romy.
Hi! I am Romy, Account Manager Marketing at Factory360 Marketing. Born and raised in The Netherlands and currently living the island life on Curaçao. In 2019 I got the opportunity to do my internship on Curaçao and immediately fell in love with the island. After returning to The Netherlands I started planning moving to Curaçao and I am not planning to leave the island anymore. In The Netherlands I finished my Bachelors degree Hotel & Event Management and got the opportunity to explore Marketing. During my final thesis I did research on how to optimize a social media strategy in order to increase the engagement rate. My love for marketing began to grow and I am very happy that I can practice my knowledge for some amazing clients of Factory360. Turning imaginations into reality, strengthening the brand with a strong social media content and online campaigns is something that I am passionate about. When I am not working I am enjoying the island life and you can often find me near the ocean.
Fun fact: You can always wake me up for some really delicious sushi. And I like diving in the underwater world just as much as I like the world above sea.
Deborah.
Hi! I’m Deborah, creative strategist at Factory360 marketing. I was born and raised in Curaçao and I have a master’s degree in Marketing Management. I have worked in several FMCG industries and I love that there is never a dull moment in marketing. I combine data with creativity to come up with new concept ideas for brands and clients. In my free time, I make natural hair and body products, I dance salsa and kizomba and I love to cook.

Geraline.
Hello, I'm Geraline, a marketing intern at Factory 360 and a current student at Inter-Continental University of the Caribbean. I was born and raised in Curaçao.
I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a major in General Management, and have a deep appreciation for all things creative, whether it's fashion, art, or visual arts. When I was younger, I was a dancer, which taught me discipline and dedication. Despite stopping at 17, my passion for creative expression has always stayed with me.
I am thrilled about the thought of merging my enthusiasm for videography with the dynamic field of marketing. My goal is to expand my knowledge and gain valuable insights from professionals in the marketing industry.
Fun fact: Since I was a child, I've always dreamt of becoming a flight attendant and exploring the world through travel.
